This website (squeeckers.com) and the Squeeckers brand are operated by Verelisse s.r.o., VAT ID CZ23679361, registered at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha, Czech Republic. Contact: hi@squeeckers.com.

These Terms govern the use of this website and any orders placed through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

Product listings on this site are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (including Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and major card networks). Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Delivery times and shipping fees are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. We also offer a voluntary 14-day happy guarantee to all customers. Details and the return procedure are described on our Returns page.

We warrant that delivered goods conform to the contract. If a product is defective, please contact us at hi@squeeckers.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. for personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud).

All trademarks, logos, product designs and content on this site are the property of Verelisse s.r.o. or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
