• Order data: name, shipping & billing address, email, phone, items ordered, payment confirmation.
• Account / communication data: messages you send us via email or forms.
• Technical data: IP address, device & browser info, pages visited, cookies and similar technologies.

• Processing orders, payments, delivery and customer support — performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Fraud prevention and securing our site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Marketing emails — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We share personal data only with processors who help us run the shop: Shopify (e-commerce platform & payments), shipping carriers, email and analytics providers, and our accountants. These parties process data on our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Some of our processors are located outside the EEA (e.g. in the United States). In such cases, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards recognised under GDPR.

Order and invoicing data are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law (typically 10 years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
