Not in love? No drama. Here's how returns work.
14-day happy guarantee
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for any reason. Items must be unworn, in original condition and in their original packaging.
How to return
- Email hi@squeeckers.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the shipping address.
- Send the package back via a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order at any time.
Faulty or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
EU right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hi@squeeckers.com before the deadline. Your statutory rights are not affected by our voluntary return policy.
